How do I cancel my order?
If you want to exercise your right of cancellation set out above you must inform us, Shop Red Hare. You may do so by contacting us at email@example.com or alternatively you can send a letter to: Shop Red Hare C/O Red Hare Digital, Somerset House, Strand, London, WC2R 1LA.
What happens if I cancel my order?
All payments will be reimbursed for the goods purchased from us and also delivery charges related to the purchase. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Note that, if requested, you must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The cost of returning these goods will be your responsibility
If you have been advised to return any product(s), please send them only to the address given to you. Please, if possible, use a trackable shipping service - if your product doesn't arrive, we may not be able to release your refund.
Once we have received your product(s), we will email you to confirm their receipt.
Next you will be notified of the acceptance of your cancellation claim. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.
What is the procedure if a product is defective or damaged?
We expect your order to reach you in the best possible condition. However, if for any reason they are defective or damaged then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss replacement or refund.
